THE SOUL OF LEADERSHIP.

A leader is yourself embodied. He is the deepest core of your own being. He is the fulfillment of your desire. He is the joy of your heart, the inspiration behind your work, the dedication of your life. He is the spirit of the whole group.

         A leader is a seer. He can see in the future and make preparation to welcome it. He sees the dawn of morrow when the night is still dark. He is the silver lining of the dark clouds.

         A leader is swift and agile like a deer. He dares to face challenges. He dares to dream the impossible. He dares to dream heaven on earth. He seals the bond among people. He is the link joining all. He empathises with all and develops an instant rapport with people from different backgrounds.

        - He is the smile of the distressed and the medicine of the sick. He is the song of those who have lost all hope. He is the game in children and optimism of the youth. He is the support for the old and solace for the sad.

         A leader is at ease under all circumstances. Remaining at ease, he eases all. He dares to relax in the midst of chaos. He derives his strength from the inexhaustible source of inspiration within. He has direct communion with the leader of the entire world.

         A leader is a sincere obedient follower of the Lord of all beings. A leader has tremendous faith in the higher values of life. He believes that God alone works through him.

         A leader is very dear to all. He is seen as a friend, philosopher and guide. He sees the beauty in all and exposes the strength of others as a reed from a stalk. His area of influence is large extending both in time and space.

         He is the Real among the false. He is the changeless among the changing. He is the common thread among variety and differences.

       - A leader leads people through himself to the Supreme. He makes them live their dreams. He fulfils their innermost wish. He satisfies the very core of their being.

         He is a link between the present and the future. He is the link between the mundane and the fantastic. He is the bridge amongst the opposites. He is the bridge across the river of difficulties. He is the rising sun dispelling all darkness.

         A leader is wise. He listens to the young and old. He listens to the silent cry in the heart of the lowly. He listens to the words of the Divine among the mortals. A real leader is rare. He comes in an era and ere long transforms everything and everyone.

         In all leaders we find a spark from the eternal soul of leadership. Political leaders have it, the head of the family is guided by it. The scientist, the spiritual, the business leaders are all inspired by the same chord.

         Everyone is a leader at his/her own level. There are people looking up to all of us. We derive our inspiration from some and we inspire others. Transformation in society, company, family and personal life has been brought about when we are touched by such leaders.

         Leaders are inspired to transform their own lives and the lives of all those who come in contact with them.

         May we discover such leadership within us and amongst others around us. May the soul of leadership flow through us to the world around us, transforming everyone on the way as the perennial Ganga which flows from the matted locks of Shiva; flowing on the plains of the country nourishing all on its way to the ocean!
